Getting Search Engine Stats with Google Webmaster Tools
We have updated the site promotion section (in DESIGN & OPTIONS) to let you use Google Webmaster Tools. These tools give you more detail on how Google sees your page content. You may be suprised at what it thinks your site is about. Using this info, you can tweak your site to better match what people are searching for. There are other helpful tools there, including notification of broken links, what sites are linking to yours, and more. For more information on how to set this up, please check the HELP section under Search Engines.

Thanks for the info.
What is a: Google Verification
Meta Tag ?????
Stacey, to use Google website tools it needs to validate your website. It needs to either add a tag into the head of the main page or have you add a html page that it can validate. I've viewed the source and there is no way for me to insert the tag file in the
. The name of the html page is longer than what we can name a page. Need help on how to validate to use google webtools.
Inthemix, Aviad - I'll respond to both of your questions at the same time because they are regarding the same thing. The Google Verification Meta Tag in your Site Promotion section (left hand menu in DESIGN & OPTIONS) is the place where you enter the verification code that Google supplies you with when you are setting up your Google Webmaster Tools. It tells Google that you are in control of this domain, and that it can provide you with all of the information it has on that domain. For more information on how to use Google Webmaster Tools with Bandzoogle, I have added an article in the HELP section on how to set it up. You can do a search for Google in your Help tab, or check out the Promotions section, under Search Engines. If you need more help with this feature, just shoot me an email.
