Can I upload an existing site design and use Bandzoogle?
At the moment, no. We are working on this feature now.
What help do you provide?
We have a HELP section in the member control panel that answers most questions. If your problem isn't covered there, we provide support by live chat during business hours, and by email nights and weekends.
Can I use Bandzoogle for a non-music website?
Yes, as long as your site complies with our terms of service.
If I leave, can I move my domain elsewhere?
Yes. After 60 days, you can intiate a "transfer away" request from another registration company to get full access.
I already have my own web address (domain name). Can I still use it?
Yes, you just need to make a change with your registration company. We have step by step tutorials for this in the HELP section of the control panel.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit card, and money orders in US funds.
Do you have a free plan?
No. There are many other options if you are looking for an ad-supported site.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly members can cancel up to the last day of their billing month. For members that pre-pay a year, we refund remaining months at the regular monthly rate.
Can I add HTML?
Yes. You can paste HTML code into the body area of your page. You can't upload complete HTML pages though.
Can I add scripts (i.e PHP Javascript, etc.)?
Bandzoogle includes dozens of ready made page features to add to your site. We do not support external scripts, however. If there is a feature that we do not have, contact us... its possible we are developing it right now!
