A little pre-show warm-up song.

Ya see, it goes like this .......

Cliff Woodbeach barefoot in the sand.

Oh, by the way, there was a pre 1967 longboard contest.

Look, I can fly!!!!

I like that sport of surfing.
Otto's Again! 11-19-05

Hey, them shirts don't match, and why is Rip Van Tide so short in this picture?

Desmond's, NYC

The Empire State building, a couple blocks away from Desmond's Tavern. This is what it looks like driving by on the New Jersey Turnpike toward the Holland Tunnel in the last rays of twilight, Saturday September 17, 2005.  After Cliff's head trauma, this is what we thick his vision is like during bright sunlight. The only thing that will clear his vision is blasting reverbed guitar, and humming.

As promised, Desmond's Tavern, in the shadow of the Empire State Building, 433 Park Avenue South, NYC.

VW Swap Meet and Show

This is the first gig with our new Fin-Dicator surfboard banner. Such gracious hosts, they put out a huge barbeque feast for us. I wonder what the tax id# is for this charity event to which we "donated" our time .

Here we are laying down some cool surf rock for the VW show and working off that generous spread they put out for us.

(L-R) Rip, Cliff, Harvey and Sandy hanging out at Otto's Shrunken Head, a tiki-themed club in the lower east side of New York city. After this we are going bowling with our matching Fin-Dicator team shirts.

The Fin-Dicators with Sandy on drums in the background. Cliff. learned this new style of guitar playing called "surfcasting".

Cliff. and Harvey probably playing the final chord of the song Apache. Notice Cliff using the hand brake to end the song. Twang-on! Sorry Sandy  and Rip, the stage was small and we missed you in this shot. Look at the crazed intencity on Cliff's face, notice how he isn't humming.

Sandy looking up and everyone else looking down.
